 Hello, My Name is Jenna Brown. We are a family owned business focused on providing a loving grooming experience brought right to your door! I bring to the community over five years of experience in the pet industry. At Travelin Tails, our mission is to provide the best pet grooming services possible. We believe that every pet deserves to look and feel their best, and we are committed to making that happen for your furry friend. Our pet grooming services include everything from a bath and haircut to nail trimming and ear cleaning. We use only the highest quality grooming products to ensure your pet looks and feels their best.

We understand that things come up and appointments may need to be cancelled. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If a 24hr notice is not given, an invoice of in the amount of 50% of the expected income lost will be issued. 

This means less stress for you and your pet. You get to stay home; your pet doesn’t have the stress of riding in a car or waiting for hours in a kennel at a salon. A one-on-one session with your pup is less stressful in many ways. There are no loud noises like in a salon, multiple people, and the distraction of other pups.

Yes, we require proof of up-to-date rabies for all pets that we groom. your vet will be able to provide a copy through email/paper copy or you can have them directly email it to me.

The comfort of your pup comes first! de-matting can be painful as it is pulling tightly on your pups skin so I will try and de-matt within reason as this is a supper uncomfortable process for your fur baby. De-matting will be charged an extra $15 on your groom as I will spend no longer than 15 minutes trying to get Matt’s out .

Yes! A De-Shed treatment, flea shampoo, and tooth brushing is available at an additional cost.
